Senior Data Product Manager

Are you ready to shape the future of the InsurTech industry? CoverWallet is a leading digital platform for small and medium-sized companies, and we're on a mission to revolutionize insurance management.

As a Senior Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the innovation and development of our global digital insurance platform. You will lead the end-to-end product management for an entire business line or for a core part of our insurance platform.

Our insurance platform offers a wide spectrum of capabilities, including customer acquisition tools, CRM, agency management, policy administration, payments, insurance management, and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape the Data Product Strategy within the broader Platform Product Strategy, focusing on both existing and new Data Products
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, oversight, and hands-on execution of all data-related projects, fostering constructive dialogues among stakeholders
  • Ensure and measure the continued utility and value of data products through quarterly assessments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in product management
  • Demonstrated success in defining, building, and launching full-scale digital products that had a positive business impact
  • Ability to determine and prioritize requirements from multiple sources
  • Experience making high-level design and implementation decisions in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical skills with tools such as Looker and Mixpanel
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Strong consensus and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Outstanding communication skills across all mediums
