Job Title: Freelance Headhunter

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Headhunter to fill challenging sales vacancies with top-quality candidates. This is a commission-based, freelance position, offering exceptional earning potential based on successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract top talent for hard-to-fill Sales positions using advanced sourcing techniques and industry connections.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines, leveraging your expertise in Boolean search, recruitment databases, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct targeted searches across various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases, to identify top candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring seamless communication with clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and tailor your approach accordingly, utilizing your industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Keep track of candidate interactions and recruitment progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring efficient management of candidate data and workflows.
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales Recruitment, with a track record of successful placements and a strong network within the sales sector.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, recruitment databases, and social media platforms, with a strong command of English and fluency in French.
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently, with the ability to handle multiple vacancies and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work on multiple projects and openness to recruit for roles in other languages as needed.
