Production Coordinator

Amazon is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team in the Scripted Content department. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of original scripted content for Amazon Prime Video.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile, distribute, and store daily production documents, including contracts, call sheets, calendars, and schedules.
- Assist and facilitate general requests and communication to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met.
- Facilitate communication with show level and studio departments, including Creative, Post, Legal, Finance, BA, Marketing, and PR.
- Coordinate kick-off calls and meetings for each individual project.
- Update and distribute studio contact lists and ensure that they are managed per studio requirements.
- Track shows to ensure that all deliverables are met as required per guidelines, including wrap-out memos and storage facilities for asset transfer and disposal as needed.
- High attention to detail and ability to deal with a high volume workload.
- Multiple years of experience in the industry as a Production Coordinator or Assistant at a studio or production company.
- Experience of on-set physical production experience.
- Experience working with MMB budget and various MMS schedules (One-Liner, Day Out Of Days, etc.) documents.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Scenechronize.
