Senior Finance Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Manager. As a key member of our Global Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Scotch & Irish Brand House leadership to develop long-term strategic plans, focusing on sustainable value generation.
- Drive financial performance through high-quality decision support, including P&L management, sales and margin optimization, free cash flow analysis, and cost control.
- Make key financial decisions with supporting quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive premiumization and growth strategies.
- Analyze financial performance and forecast to deliver long-term Brand House ambitions across planning horizons.
- Oversee the allocation process, partnering with the OU & BH Commercial leads, to advance brands' premiumization strategy and balance revenue and profit optimization.
- Support the assessment and deployment of the innovation pipeline to enhance brand value growth and evaluate levers to improve current brand profitability.
- Bachelor's Degree in finance or Business Administration; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of financial experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for key insights.
- Ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
- Strong intellectual ability and demonstrated ability to manage multiple-stage projects to completion.
- Strong analytical, Excel, and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and personal skills, with ability to develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships.
