About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team at Importante empresa. As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in helping our customers succeed with Salesforce by designing and implementing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and partners to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and implement scalable and secure architecture for Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Extensive experience in technical consulting and solution implementation for major software domains, such as CRM and ERP.
  • Hands-on coding experience in object-oriented languages.
  • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and an appetite to learn more.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Architecture experience across a broad set of enterprise technologies, including integration & middleware technologies.
  • Enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with major technology programs.
  • Ability to build and maintain key relationships with C-level / mid-level and key decision makers.
  • Experience as a Senior Architect and/or CTO in a mid to large sized organization with leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.
