About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work closely with the Financial Controllers to prepare and present financial reports to senior management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in financial reporting, analysis, and audit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting:
    - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis and commentary.
    - Develop and maintain complex financial models and spreadsheets to enhance financial reporting frameworks.
  2. Accounting and Audit:
    - Manage subsidiary audits, ensuring adherence to deadlines and coordinating with auditors as needed.
    - Participate in accounting functions, performing calculations and bookings as part of month-end close.
  3. Automation and Analysis:
    - Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to support financial analysis and reporting.
    - Participate in automation projects to convert manual tasks to system-based processes.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2+ years of experience in finance, preferably with a Big 4 background.
  2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  3. Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
  4. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data without compromising accuracy.
