Job Overview:

As a Merchant and Technical Partners Support Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality technical and administrative support to our merchants and technical partners. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve technical issues, maintain incident tracking systems, and ensure that our business applications are secure and available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical and administrative analysis and resolution to issues raised by our customers.
  • Maintain incident tracking systems and ensure that all steps of the ticket life cycle are completed.
  • Develop strong relationships with our key customers and maintain good communication with them.
  • Assign priorities to reported issues and gain knowledge of the systems used by our customers.
  • Manage and safeguard the confidentiality, performance, and availability of our business applications.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and support attitude, with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing market place.
  • Basic IT knowledge, with a desire to continuously learn and apply new knowledge.
  • Fluency in English and German, verbal and written.
