Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Smart Infrastructure Regional Services & Solutions (RSS) Europe division at Siemens, S. A. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing projects in Spain, ensuring they are executed according to customer contracts and meeting commercial and technical objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute projects according to agreed requirements, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Assist in defining the scope and objectives of the project, ensuring alignment with customer contracts and commercial objectives.
- Track and report on project progress, schedule, and change requests against the plan, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers based on partnership and efficient communication management.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers for project execution, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as required, establishing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in electrical/mechanical engineering, with experience in Fire and Comfort projects.
- Qualification for certification and/or legalization of Fire installations.
- Excellent internal and customer-facing communication skills, with a high level of English proficiency.
- Strong project schedule skills, including attention to detail and multitasking tools.
- Ability to travel nationally, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
