Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Partners Markets Senior Director to lead our international business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and revenue through partnerships and collaborations.
  • Lead High-Performance Team: Manage and lead a high-performing team of professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
  • Build and Maintain Partnerships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage Contractual Agreements: Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
  • Develop and Implement Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue through partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: University degree in a related field, such as business, science, or law.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in business development or partnerships.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel internationally, as required.
