**Job Summary**

As a Strategic Communications Partner at Bunge, you will play a critical role in defining, preparing, and executing communication plans and strategies that align with the company's culture, messages, brand, and strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement end-to-end communications strategies and plans in collaboration with the communications team, leadership, and stakeholders across countries, regions, and globally.
  • Plan, write, and edit engaging content for various internal and external communication channels, including articles, emails, videos, executive messages, briefing documents, presentations, talking points, newsletters, fact sheets, reports, and project-specific communications.
  • Provide communications support to key strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with the regional and global communications teams to continuously improve the communications framework and channels, enhancing engagement and communication with stakeholders.
  • Drive, monitor, and measure key communication tools and channels, identifying opportunities to develop and implement new ideas and communication initiatives based on feedback.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Communications or a related field, with proficiency in English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a communications role, with expertise in managing internal and external communications in a global environment and matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with basic knowledge of graphic design.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and business communication for internal and external audiences, with experience in developing, managing, and executing communication strategies end-to-end.
  • Ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and articulate a clear viewpoint on complex issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to empathize and interact at different levels of the organization.
