Role Overview:

As a Communications Business Partner at Bunge Iberica Sa, you will play a key role in defining and executing communication plans and strategies that align with the company's culture, messages, brand, and strategy. This position requires close collaboration with the broader communications team, business area leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders across countries, regions, and globally.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end communications strategies and plans in collaboration with the communications, leadership teams, and stakeholders.
• Plan, write, and edit engaging content through various internal and external communication channels and tools, including articles, emails, videos, executive messages, briefing documents, presentations, talking points, newsletters, fact sheets, reports, and project-specific communications.
• Provide communications support to key strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring quality, content management, and visual appeal.
• Work with regional and global communications teams to enhance engagement of internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively with them.
• Drive, monitor, and measure key communication tools and channels, identifying opportunities to develop and implement new ideas and communication initiatives based on feedback.

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications or a related field and proficiency in English.
• +5 years of experience in a communications role, with expertise in managing internal and external communications in a global environment and matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with basic knowledge of graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and business communication for internal and external audiences, with experience in developing, managing, and executing communication strategies end-to-end.
• Ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and articulate a clear viewpoint on complex issues, creating concise and well-written narratives and compelling visuals.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to empathize and interact at different levels of the organization.
