Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Leader to lead our Service Center team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results, developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Service Center team and ensure the achievement of established service level metrics.
    • Establish and communicate goals and provide regular feedback to team members, including developmental opportunities.
    • Continuously review team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Associate Engagement and Development
    • Achieve objectives for associate engagement and turnover.
    • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure service objectives are met.
    • Identify areas in need of process improvement and solicit feedback from team members on service improvements.
  • Team Environment and Performance
    • Create a high-performance team environment that supports associate development and retention.
    • Provide periodic performance feedback and conduct annual performance reviews.
    • Responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation management, and performance management of the staff.

Requirements

  • Graduate of business administration/management, accounting or other related disciplines.
  • 3-5 years customer service, benefits administration, payroll, HR or related experience.
  • 2-3 years SME, mentor or supervisory experience.
  • Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow.
  • Proficiency in the use of PC applications.
  • Working knowledge of payroll and benefit administration is helpful.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management and mentoring skills.
  • Effective time management skills, organization, and planning required.
