About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer Team Leader to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our Product Development Unit for Packet Core, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating development activities within a multi-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic technical leadership and take part in understanding technical strategies for the product area.
  • Stay informed about industry practices and professional/technical development, and align technology strategies with product and technology development.
  • Act as a technical reference within the team and hold the team accountable for its goals, aligned with the organization and operational strategy.
  • Facilitate the split of work and tasks to improve team productivity and KPI alignment, and delegate tasks and responsibilities within team members.
  • Encourage solutions for barriers and guide the team flexibly through the feature development process.
  • Develop and test high-quality products, and contribute to the evolution of products and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes, and promote CI of products, services, and processes as an integrated part of the development work.

Requirements

  • Strong technical leadership skills and experience in driving development activities within a team.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to facilitate communication within and outside the team.
  • Knowledgeable in several technical areas, with a strong understanding of industry practices and professional/technical development.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvements of products and processes, and promote CI of products, services, and processes.
