About the Role

Risk Labs is a pioneering team that builds and grows the UMA and Across protocol ecosystems. We're seeking a skilled Data Engineering Lead to design and scale our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop large-scale data pipelines to provide insights into user behavior and protocol performance.
  • Index complex on-chain data for efficient access and use.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
  • Translate business needs into scalable engineering solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering at a software, financial services, or related technology organization.
  • 2+ years of experience with databases and data pipelines.
  • 1+ years of experience managing people or teams.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills and a growth mindset.
  • Strong coaching and communication skills.
