About the Role
In line with our expansion, we are in search of a vibrant, enthusiastic, and dedicated Community Manager for our Spanish Influencer Network to become part of our Marketing division, based in Madrid.
This role is pivotal within our Community sector, focusing on nurturing and engaging with both existing and prospective Spanish content creators.
You will be responsible for cultivating and energizing our community in alignment with the Community and Social Media Strategies established by the Head of Community.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee local social media platforms in accordance with established editorial guidelines and content strategies.
- Foster relationships and maintain daily communication with our community, both within the Skeepers application and across social media channels.
- Develop campaigns on our platform to raise awareness of Skeepers among content creators, encourage participation in brand campaigns, and foster loyalty within our community.
- Produce educational content to enhance the user experience for our community, including emails and social media updates.
- Coordinate local events (virtual or in-person) aimed at community development and education.
- Design and execute engagement campaigns (contests, rewards, challenges, etc.) to invigorate the community.
- Monitor and analyze all initiatives launched, tracking key performance indicators.
- Individually assess and validate influencers, reaching out as necessary.
- Stay informed about platform enhancements, modifications to existing services, and new offerings in the social media landscape.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong passion for influencer marketing and social media.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience in content creation and familiarity with creative tools such as Canva.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A data-driven mindset, capable of effectively measuring the success of initiatives.
- Native proficiency in Spanish, with an advanced command of English.
