Commercial Learning Specialist

This position is a core member of the Commercial Learning and Development Team in Endoscopy EMEA. The candidate will be responsible for providing analytical, organizational, and administrative support to the Commercial Learning and Development Managers to deliver on the year's strategic imperatives for EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administration and logistics of EMEA divisional training meetings, including registration, approval, purchase orders, training room booking, and preparation of materials.
- Support EndoAcademy new hire onboarding with call scheduling, material sourcing, Field Sales Trainers coordination, and other logistics.
- Manage Field Sales Trainers' meetings, monthly calls, activity records, and quarterly payments.
- Record and track EMEA training activities, develop metrics, and maintain reports.
- Keep the Endo EMEA Commercial team list updated.
- Maintain the EMEA Endoscopy Training Calendar and Management SharePoint site.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in professional English.
- Strong organizational and executional skills.
