Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance for the EMEA Endoscopy LMS evolution, recommending technology or workflow solutions to efficiently deliver and track trainings.
- Collaborate with Global Sales Training, EMEA LMS CoE, and other BSC divisional counterparts to leverage shared catalogs and technology expertise.
- Maintain the daily operation and use of the LMS, including establishing curricula, users, user groups, and other sub-systems.
- Create, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with Commercial Learning and Development Managers in the creation of new trainings, providing instructional design expertise and guidance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of learning management systems, instructional design principles, and commercial learning and development strategies. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
