About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Station Manager to join our team at Roadsurfer GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our station team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Location Management: You will be responsible for the independent leadership and establishment of our location, working closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Process Optimization: You will implement existing standards and processes, contributing your own ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: As a Team Leader, you will motivate and lead your on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control.
  • Recruitment: You will be responsible for building and managing your team, seeking the right talent for your location.
  • Fleet Management: You will maintain an overview of the local vehicle fleet, ensuring documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
  • Customer Consultation: You will advise customers on our products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
  • Skills: High service and customer orientation, friendly and open demeanor, hands-on and effective communication, resilient problem-solving, and high organization.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, and fluency in the language of the country you applied for is required.
  • Driver's License: Driver's license Class B.
