About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Elecnor Deimos, specializing in the development of software for Navigation Satellite purposes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Software Architecture: Design and implement software architectures for Navigation Satellite systems.
  2. Software Development: Develop software components for Navigation Satellite systems, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  3. Support Tools: Develop support tools for software qualification, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes.
  4. Software Specification: Specify, design, develop, and validate software components for Navigation Satellite systems.
Requirements
  1. Education: A recognized degree in engineering (computer science, telecommunication, electrical, aerospace, or similar), physics, or mathematics.
  2. Professional Experience: Different levels of professional experience in relevant domains will be considered.
  3. Technical Requirements: Demonstrated programming skills in C/C++, good knowledge of LINUX/UNIX programming environment, knowledge of repositories (CVS, GIT, etc.), and software engineering methods and techniques.
Desirable Skills
  1. Programming Languages: Familiarity with Python, Unified Modelling Language, and development methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile-scrum, MBD, etc.).
  2. Continuous Integration: Experience with continuous integration.
Language Skills

Good level of English, spoken as well as written.
