What We Do

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the localization of our AI-based Document Data product in Spain and the expansion of our Risk Management product. Key responsibilities will include:

Discovery
  • Targeting the Spanish market for our AI-based Document verification product
  • Studying and understanding the challenges of our target sectors
  • Analyzing the competition offerings and positioning
  • Analyzing regulatory developments in our target industries
  • Translating the business strategy and market trends into product vision
  • Validating the product features based on business opportunities
Product Roadmap
  • Collaborating with the Product Owners and the Product Designers in the ideation and development of a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and OKRs
  • Writing "High Level" specifications for product developments to meet market business challenges
  • Defining the value proposition, the positioning of the offer on the market(s), and the key differentiators vs our competitors
Customer Centricity
  • Monitoring sales performance and customer adoption (sales, usage) on new and existing offers, and proposing product actions accordingly
  • Engaging with end users, customer success, support, sales to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on KYC and AI-based document verification, or related technologies
  • Ideally within a B2B SaaS Software publisher
  • Strong customer centricity to understand market needs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electronic signatures and KYC processes (e.g., eIDAS, AML regulations) is a plus
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is a plus
  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is desirable
  • Proficiency in English is required (min C1)
  • Proficiency in French would be a significant plus
