About the Role:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in driving the adoption of sophisticated mobility pricing solutions across Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing software, services, and analytics tools to major fuel retailers, convenience stores, and electric vehicle operators.

About the Team: Our company, Dow Jones, is a global leader in news and business information, and we are looking for a talented Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will work closely with our R&D, technical, and customer support teams to ensure high conversion rates, align with our product roadmap, and drive new revenue opportunities with strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the mobility pricing solutions market.
  2. Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Build Strategic Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  4. Stay Ahead of the Competition: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust our sales strategies and remain competitive in the market.
  5. Provide Sales Insights: Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Sales Experience: 12+ years of experience in selling advanced software solutions, preferably in the mobility industry.
  2. Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the mobility pricing solutions market and the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients.
  3. Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
  4. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
