We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Team Leader to join our team at MotorK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Track record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people
  • Extensive expertise in OOP in Java
