About the Role
This is a key position within Novartis Farmacéutica, responsible for driving forward-thinking and innovation within the business to tech-driven business capabilities and processes. The successful candidate will lead conversations with a consulting mindset, working closely with the Data and Analytics team to drive business transformation programs enabled by technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Data and Analytics roadmap, ensuring the delivery of business transformation programs and projects.
- Measure and drive business value from transformation initiatives.
- Improve the 'ease of engagement' with technology for the business.
- Support the business in understanding their technology choices and costs.
- Act as a key business partner for business continuity, serving as a point of escalation, review, and approval for key issues and decisions.
Requirements
- Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Influencing without authority, relationship management, and stakeholder identification and mapping.
- Track record of delivering global solutions at scale, with multi-national global experience and collaborating across boundaries.
- Knowledge of project management models and techniques.
- Leveraging technology for business and customer needs.
- Business analysis, requirements definition, and management, analytical thinking, and financial modeling.
