About the Role

The Strategic Business Partner for Data and Analytics drives and ensures that global and local demand from business countries is captured. This role collaborates with other functions to deliver quality services to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions.

This position contributes to the organization's strategy and implements objectives with technology strategy development, solution discovery, service, risk, and relationship management.

The role is responsible for the product lifecycle in close partnership with the Global Product Line Lead and Business Product Owner, ensuring that countries understand Global Roadmaps and adhere to them.

This position manages the technical Data and Analytics product roadmap for Region Europe except Germany and contributes to the Product Roadmap from ideation to development through adoption and value realization.

The role participates in prioritizing features to build minimum viable products towards incrementally delivering maximum business value as per business requirements and priorities.

This position represents the business and customer strategy for Region Europe except Germany in front of DDIT Teams, ensuring business priorities, gaps, and escalations are addressed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive forward thinking and innovation within business to tech-driven business capabilities and processes.
  • Accountable for Program, project & product delivery of Data and Analytics roadmap.
  • Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Programs, Projects, Products.
  • Improve the 'ease of engagement' with TT for the business.
  • Support the business to understand their choices to manage technology costs.
  • Key business partner for business continuity.
  • Serves as point of escalation, review, and approval for key issues and decisions.
  • Contribute to the definition of operational objectives and medium-term planning according to the long-term plans established by the TT strategy.
  • Articulate the local market business strategy and customer experience.
