We are seeking a visionary Lead Technical Product Manager who is passionate about creating products that empower and enhance user experiences.
This role is a chance to dive deep into product development cycles, interact closely with end-users, and drive innovations that lead to real business outcomes.
As a pivotal part of FCM Travel and the expansive Flight Centre Travel Group - the 4th largest business travel agency globally with a presence in over 100 countries, you will lead a diverse tech team consisting of Product Owners, QA Testers, Product Operations, and Engineers.
Responsibilities:- Articulate, prioritize, and implement the product vision based on user and business needs.
- Mentor your Product Owners to master their roadmaps.
- Uncover and evaluate both high-level user needs and technical requirements.
- Guide your Product Owners in conducting in-depth discovery processes.
- Actively define and author specifications and oversee those created by your team.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of development projects.
- Champion Scrum methodologies and ceremonies within your teams.
- Oversee the documentation efforts that support Product Operations.
- Lead, develop and coach three Product Owners across three engineering squads, helping them to achieve their goals and advance their skills.
- Proven Experience: You bring a robust background with at least 5 years in Product Management, ideally sharpened within technical product management roles.
- Technical Proficiency: You are adept at handling products like APIs and Webservices, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Leadership Excellence: You are more than a manager; you are a motivator and an inspirer. You have a proven track record of leading teams to greatness.
- Problem Solver: Complex problems excite you rather than intimidate. You are known for diving deep into challenging topics and emerging with solutions.
