Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer service metrics, and operational excellence.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
