About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent to join our team at MSX International. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Update databases, write reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Excellent command of English and strong language skills in French and German
  • Ability to travel to our offices for training
  • Availability to work weekends and rotating schedules
  • Knowledge of document management and operation of dedicated document management platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
