**Job Summary**

Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance and Operations to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this key role will play a critical part in driving the company's financial strategy and operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Financial Management: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and implement compliance with accounting and internal control frameworks.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the development and implementation of contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Human Resources: Provide strategic guidance on HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee development, and benefits administration.
  • Legal and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including tax compliance and insurance requirements.
  • Fundraising and Development: Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, investments, and partnerships.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of success in financial leadership roles, with a strong understanding of financial management, contract management, HR, and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including the CEO, Board of Directors, and employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
