Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for managing the daily transactional operations of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of periodic financial reports for group purposes, including analysis of profitability and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Preparation of management reports, including budgeting and forecasting for the company's organizational units.
  • Assistance to the Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team in explaining deviations against budget/forecast.
  • Calculation of provisions and write-downs, as well as investment profitability.
  • Cooperation with the Accounting, Operational, and Medical Departments to ensure seamless integration of financial and operational processes.
  • Participation in international and local projects, including process transfer to Global Business Services (GBS) and standardization of activities.

Requirements

  • Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Economics or Finance.
  • CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding.
  • Excellent social competence paired with persuasiveness and self-confidence, high level of energy and positivity based on a sincere personality.
  • Team Player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and ability to solidly comprehend and fast familiarize with new and complex tasks.
  • Good skills to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload.
  • Very structured way of working with strong focus on efficient and effective processes even under pressure.
  • Highly professional attitude characterized by a result, quality, patient, and customer-oriented working style.
  • Knowledge of SAP environment and experience in BI tools is an asset.
  • Fluency in English language in the business environment and fluency in Spanish language.
