About the Position:
The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is seeking a highly skilled postdoctoral researcher to join our team and contribute to the GOLIAT project, a Horizon Europe-funded initiative focused on the potential health effects of RF-EMF on children's neuropsychological development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate data collection, exposure assessment, and data cleaning for the GOLIAT project.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and draft original articles for publication in top-tier scientific journals.
- Disseminate research findings through conference presentations, workshops, and the study website.
- Collaborate with the study teams and external specialists to ensure the success of the project.
- Supervise master and PhD students in their research endeavors.
Requirements:
- PhD in epidemiology, public health, or a related field.
- Previous experience in child health/cohort research is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in statistical packages such as R and STATA.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
