We are seeking a visionary and experienced entrepreneur to co-found our next venture in the B2B SaaS space. As a founding partner, you will be responsible for designing and executing commercial, product, and growth strategies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee all business operations to ensure alignment with company strategy and mission
  • Analyze complex business situations and develop solutions to drive growth and profitability
  • Review financial and non-financial results to inform business decisions
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the market and industry to drive business innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Present the company's vision, roadmap, and results to investors and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of taking businesses from concept to launch and driving growth
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong background in management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish
  • Proven entrepreneurial and analytical mindset to drive business innovation and growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty
  • Experience working with a venture studio or similar organization
