**Responsibilities**
As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing commercial, product, and growth strategies
- Building, leading, and motivating a strong team
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they meet the desired results and align with the overall strategy and mission
- Analyzing complex situations and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements
- Maintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company
- Building trust with key partners and stakeholders
- Presenting the Company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investors
**Requirements**
We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of taking ideas from concept to reality, a minimum of 5 years of experience in the tech/startup industry, and a strong background in management. Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish are essential. You should also possess a proven entrepreneurial and analytical mindset, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty, and be able to find solutions to complex problems with limited resources.
