Product Manager - Digital Solutions

At Hitachi, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our digital solutions portfolio. As a key member of our global product management team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for our digital portfolio, including analysis of customer and internal values.
  • Drive market introduction and go-to-market concepts for new digital portfolio elements.
  • Own the product roadmap for Digital Solutions in Grid Edge Solutions.
  • Support Sales and Business Development globally as a technical expert.
  • Provide competitive intelligence on service and digital offerings and related business.
  • Interface with R&D to ensure products meet market requirements.
  • Attend conferences and customer events to promote and discuss the Service and Digital offering.
  • Support the B&P team in discussing and specifying functional and non-functional project requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional project teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • University degree or tertiary education in a technical field with > 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in software and digital solutions, power systems, and/or plant automation.
  • Strong team player with ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with open and direct communication style.
