Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams
- Develop and manage product launch plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the medical devices industry
- Experience working with implants, ideally in the orthopedic and trauma sector
- Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1)
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field
- Demonstrated experience in providing strategic support and developing marketing plans
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
