Room Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Room Service Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our In-Room Dining team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the operations of In-Room Dining services, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide warm, sincere, and engaging service to our guests, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure food and beverage service is delivered in accordance with safety standards and SLS Barcelona's high standards.
  • Collaborate with the In-Room Dining Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Control stocks for daily use, ensuring service requirements are met and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality within food and beverage.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving guest satisfaction.
