About the Role

ERM is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Health and Safety Process Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work under the direction of project managers and senior consultants to deliver high-quality consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct health and safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement process safety projects, including fire and Atex safety initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of health and safety compliance registers and training programs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on health and safety management systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of business proposals and pitches to secure new clients and projects.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in occupational health and safety, process safety, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices, with a particular interest in process safety, fire safety, and Atex.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of legal regulations in health and safety and process safety management systems.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
