Join Our Team as a Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Travelperk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Health and Safety strategy to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide guidance on safe working practices to employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential hazards and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Health and Safety, with a focus on risk prevention and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving health and safety initiatives and improving compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
