Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Native Danish-speaking Travel Agency Employee to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Danish-speaking customers, assisting with travel bookings, flight changes, hotel reservations, and general inquiries.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to provide solutions to their travel-related issues will be crucial in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to troubleshoot problems and offer advice and support on travel-related concerns.

In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our company's system. Your ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends, will be essential in meeting the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Native Danish speaker with B2-C1 proficiency in English. Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of travel booking systems is a plus, and you will be expected to work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalations. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to maintain accurate records and provide high-quality customer service.

We offer a competitive salary + benefits package, including health insurance, travel discounts, and opportunities for career development and growth in the travel industry. Our work schedule is rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and you will be based on-site in Malaga.
