We are seeking a highly skilled Danish speaking Customer Support Agent to join our client's team in the travel industry.

No prior experience is required, but a native level of Danish and English B2 are essential.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and tours.
  • Providing expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and travel insurance.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
  • Staying updated on travel trends, promotions, and industry news.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
