Job Title: Native Danish Travel Consultant

Are you a native Danish speaker looking for a challenging role in the travel industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Native Danish Travel Consultant.

About the Role:

As a Native Danish Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking customers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with travel bookings, flight changes, and hotel reservations
  • Providing solutions to customers regarding itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Troubleshooting problems and offering advice and support on travel-related concerns
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native Danish language skills with B2-C1 proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a travel agency
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
