Key Responsibilities

As a Heavy Lift Technician, you will primarily execute predefined technical tasks, including heavy lift operations and specialized onsite activities related to major component replacements. Your role will involve both onsite and remote support for various regions, providing advanced user assistance as needed.

You will also contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories, ensuring adherence to established procedures and regulations.

In addition, you may participate in the technical design and development of service offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and understand the significance of driving change. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A technical background in the electromechanical field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in wind energy and heavy lift operations
  • Strong communication skills with a working proficiency in English (B1-B2 level); proficiency in Spanish is also desirable
  • A collaborative mindset, eager to work in an international and intercultural environment
  • Skills in continuous improvement, initiative, creativity, effective communication, and a commitment to integrity and responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Legacy Gamesa machines, specifically: G4X, G5X, G8X, G9X
  • Qualifications in: SG2X, SG3X, SG4X, SG5X
  • GWO training certifications
  • Willingness to travel internationally
