Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Technician to join our team at Nordex Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing project and resource data bases, reporting, updating, and maintaining our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project and resource data bases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain reports using PowerBI, SQL, MS Project, SAP, Team Center/Windchill, and PWA (Sharepoint).
  • Collaborate with project and resource managers to maintain data integrity and implement new processes.
  • Work with the IT department and external suppliers to customize and maintain applied tools.
  • Manage contractual relationships with external IT services providers.
  • Develop technical strategies for specific projects and provide IT consulting services for Portfolio Management-related topics.
  • Analyze and report data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Programming, or Big Data Management.
  • Experience with Project Planning and Controlling tools (MS Project, SAP) and programming skills in reporting tools (SQL, MS Excel, PowerBI, SAP-BI, PowerPoint, Power tools, Azure, Microsoft environment).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English, with Spanish and German a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
