**About the Role**

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Business Insights and Analytics Lead to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic recommendations to our commercial teams, leveraging insights from market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, forecasting, CRM data, and Real World Evidence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and lead a coordinated Business Intelligence hub for Empresa Reconocida, curating data into actionable insights.
  • Lead the development of an external intelligence mapping system, integrating market data, competitive data, and social media insights.
  • Guide the Commercial Excellence team to refine compensation schemes, drive accountability, and optimize quota setting processes.
  • Re-design CRM systems, establishing a single source of truth for Strategic Account customer mapping and insight/need tracking.
  • Upgrade the Empresa Reconocida segmentation process.
  • Partner with teams to share insights and provide meaningful inputs for forecasting and scenario modeling.
  • Support strategic coordination and business development initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required.
  • Experience and Skills:
    • 5+ years' experience in Business Analytics/Business Insights roles.
    • Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate into impactful strategic and tactical recommendations.
    • Ability to effectively communicate organizational implications of Go-to-Market deployment to inform business decisions.
    • Intellectual curiosity, leadership, and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to influence others without direct authority.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to constantly evolving environments.
    • Experience navigating Sales and Marketing organizations with multiple-reporting lines.
