Project Manager - Product Innovation Cycle

Rovensa, a global leader in sustainable solutions for agriculture, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of bringing products from concept to market. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery within set budget targets, and alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead engaged teams to drive project outcomes, ensuring high-quality change management.
  • Define and drive project scope, plan, resourcing, risk management, and reporting.
  • Have an overview of all Biosolution R&D initiatives, avoiding redundancies and ensuring efficient project delivery worldwide.
  • Own CAPEX Project Exercise, providing overviews of running projects, collecting new product innovation ideas, and leading discussions for decision-making.
  • Secure efficient stakeholder engagement, intervention, and sponsorship.
  • Empower teams and maintain effective project management discipline.
  • Develop and implement a worldwide Product Innovation Cycle calendar and tools to align on standards, methodologies, and ways of working.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in similar roles, including Planning and Control, Finance, etc.
