Verantwoordelijkheden- Help klanten via telefoon, chat en e-mail met vragen over bestellingen en producten
- Werkt samen met andere teamleden om klantvragen op te lossen
- Streeft naar een topklantenservice en werkt volgens de voorgeschreven procedures
- Werkt flexibel en kan op verschillende tijden werken
- Is bereid om te leren en te groeien in de rol
Je zult werken in een moderne en open kantooromgeving in Benalmádena-Málaga. Je zult werken in een team van gepassioneerde en professionele collega's die allemaal samenwerken om topklantenservice te leveren.
Wat wij bieden- Een competitief salaris van €17.500 bruto per jaar, plus tot €1.800 bruto per jaar aan bonussen
- Betaalde opleiding en vakantie (4 weken + 4 losse dagen per kalenderjaar)
- Volledig Spaans contract vanaf dag één (waardoor je onmiddellijk alle voordelen hebt binnen de Spaanse overheidssystemen)
