Key Responsibilities:
- Developing long-term recruitment forecasts for seasonal staffing needs to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Ensuring coverage of functional groups and technical means for long-term resource planning and development.
- Managing work shifts and monitoring productivity for short-term resource planning and optimization.
- Collaborating with headquarters to propose improvements to the flight program for efficient ground times and resource utilization.
- Maintaining databases of operational parameters, staff qualifications, and individual constraints for resource management and decision-making.
- Researching and implementing new practices and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and generate fact-based proposals for process optimization.
- Tracking routine day-to-day parameters such as absences, incident troubleshooting, and vacation management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Profound knowledge of strategic HR work or resource planning, with a focus on aviation industry.
- Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking, as well as fluency in Spanish.
- Sufficient knowledge of local labor laws and experience working within the aviation industry.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, as well as resource planning tools and software.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, discuss, negotiate, and present ideas based on tangible data.
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations, with a sense of humor.
