Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team and lead the management of our SaaS products' systems infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 7 skilled technicians in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable systems architecture that supports our SaaS products.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure they align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of all systems, implementing best practices and staying up to date with industry standards.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing systems infrastructure for SaaS products, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in managing datacenters and supporting a diverse IT environment, including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux, and Mac OS devices.
  • Leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
