About Our Utilities Team
Our team offers strategic planning, ECI/Toc/Alliance collaborative contracting models, and expertise in designing and delivering water and wastewater asset reliability and renewals, bulk water asset upgrades, capital infrastructure projects, and network rehabilitation and replacement services in regional and metropolitan areas. We have a strong pipeline of projects ahead, and we're growing a team to drive our continued success.
About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the successful delivery of various water infrastructure projects in Victoria. As a key member of our Utilities division, you will provide technical expertise and manage project and team performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients and ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Key responsibilities include working with Project Managers to ensure financial, contractual, and operational success, leading and mentoring a team with a strong focus on safety and quality, and overseeing the financial performance of multiple projects.

You will have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams and experience in a similar role, with a strong background in delivering water infrastructure projects. Your leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to foster collaboration will be critical to your success. As a natural problem solver, you enjoy tackling complex challenges and partnering with clients to provide innovative solutions. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
