Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for cloud infrastructure management? Do you have a proven track record of driving technical excellence and innovation in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our team at DNV.

About the Role

As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT specialists in the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimal performance and scalability of our cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of IT specialists to achieve technical excellence and innovation
  • Design and implement short and long-term strategic plans for cloud infrastructure capacity
  • Set goals, allocate tasks, and manage the performance of team members
  • Drive and ensure the efficiency, availability, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure
  • Manage and prepare budget for IT-cloud related expenses
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues
  • Engage in customer interactions for scaled cloud infrastructure issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity
  • Minimum 10 years of technical experience in cloud infrastructure
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, leading distributed teams
  • Proven track record in Kubernetes (k8s) with deep understanding of networks, operating systems, database management, and data flow systems
  • Ability to manage customer interactions and complex infrastructure issues
