We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Digital Advertising Operations to join our team at International People Solutions B.V. in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Digital Advertising Operations: Oversee the day-to-day execution of worldwide digital advertising activities, ensuring timely and successful campaign launches.
- Collaborate with Performance Teams: Work closely with Performance teams to set up and maintain ad platforms and accounts, guaranteeing seamless digital campaign delivery.
- Manage Creative Assets: Manage creatives, perform thorough QA checks on ad creatives, and ensure market/brand compliance and URLs.
- Develop End-to-End Processes: Collaborate with the Process Manager to define the end-to-end process of digital campaigning, facilitating seamless delivery to Media Buyers.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot trafficking and ad tech issues, working with internal and external teams as necessary.
- Ensure Data Quality: Ensure all onsite and campaign tracking is properly implemented, owning taxonomy and tag management, and ensuring the quality of data sources for marketing analytics, ROI, and attribution models.
- Communicate with Vendors: Communicate and engage with third-party vendors as a technical expert.
- International Experience: Management and hands-on experience in an international-level ad ops role, either at an Ad Network, Publisher, Media Agency, or large Advertiser.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge of programmatic, social ads, video advertising, native, and Google ecosystems, as well as experience in using Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs.
- Problem-Solving and Efficiency: Ability to help achieve results through problem-solving and efficiency.
- Collaborative and Service-Oriented: Collaborative and service attitude is essential, with strong communication skills necessary to interact with internal stakeholders.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly, with self-motivation and goal-orientation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English.
